What we do not collect. We do not collect payment card details on luxedetroit.com. Payments are handled by our secure payment processor (see "Third-Party Services" below). We never see or store your card information.

LuxeDetroit receives the trip and contact information needed to provide your ride; we do not store your payment card data.
Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager. We use these tools to understand how visitors use our site (for example, which pages are most popular). They set cookies and collect anonymized usage data. Google's handling of this data is described in Google's privacy policy. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

We keep quote and booking records only as long as we need them to provide service, handle follow-up questions, and meet our legal and accounting obligations. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or anonymize it.
